Die Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeit Los Organos<\/strong> sind ein Relikt der vulkanischen Aktivit\u00e4t der Insel. Es ist eine Felswand, bestehend aus parallel angeordneten Basalts\u00e4ulen<\/strong> an der Nordwestk\u00fcste der Insel La Gomera. Los Organos<\/strong> heisst so viel wie die Orgelpfeifen<\/strong>. Diese Basalts\u00e4ulen sind aus erkalteten Lavas\u00e4ulen eines ehemaligen Vulkanschlots entstanden.<\/p>\n

Diese Art von Naturerscheinung findet man besonders oft auf Inseln vulkanischen Ursprungs oder in der N\u00e4he von Vulkanen auf dem Festland, denn solche Basaltr\u00f6hren<\/strong> entstehen, wenn sich der Kern eines Vulkanschlots abk\u00fchlt.<\/p>\n

Los Organos<\/strong> die Orgelpfeifen auf La Gomera wurden jahrelang von der Brandung des Atlantischen Ozeans freigelegt und sind heute ein Nachweis f\u00fcr den vulkanischen Ursprung der Insel.<\/p>\n

Die Orgelpfeifen ziehen sich rund 200 Meter<\/strong> entlang einer Felswand, die Teil der Klippe von Punta de las Salinas ist, welche zur Gemeinde Vallehermoso<\/a><\/strong> geh\u00f6rt. Das Naturkunstwerk Los Organos<\/strong> erreicht an manchen Stellen eine H\u00f6he von 80 Metern<\/strong>. Gewaltig ragen diese steinernen Formationen aus dem Meer und es scheint als ob diese von Menschenhand in den Felsen gemei\u00dfelt worden w\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n

Los Organos sind am besten vom Meer aus sichtbar<\/strong>, viele kleine und gr\u00f6ssere Boote unternehmen einen Ausflug zu den Orgelpfeifen. Sie k\u00f6nnen die Besichtigung dieser Basalts\u00e4ulen auch mit einer kompletten Inselumrundung per Boot<\/strong>, was ebenfalls h\u00e4ufig angeboten wird, verbinden. Falls Sie sich entscheiden diesen Ausflug mit einem kleineren Boot zu unternehmen, sollten Sie seefest sein, denn bei etwas Wind k\u00f6nnen diese kleinen Gef\u00e4hrte leicht ins Schaukeln kommen. Die Bootstouren<\/strong> starten im Hafen von Valle Gran Rey<\/strong><\/a>, genauer in Vueltas<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Es gibt auch die M\u00f6glichkeit diese Naturwunder auf einem nicht gerade ungef\u00e4hrlichen Fussweg<\/strong> vom Ort Arguamul<\/strong> aus zu besichtigen. Bei dieser Alternative hat man allerdings nicht die wunderbare Sicht, die man vom Meer aus hat.
